TIC, the man who flies around. He's been a buddy to upperupper since out Toronto era. The man has learnt how to fly and now he shows up at the store, flies around and empty a couple of tall cans. If you are into Japanese dance scene, you must have heard his name TIC also known as the man of SIVA. This man actually is one of the performers for a coming-up upperupper show!
